Ben is the Principal Physiotherapist and Director of Talk Health Therapy. He combines a Sports Science and Physiotherapy background to provide a uniquely active, movement-based physiotherapy rehabilitation.

Ben’s physiotherapy approach focuses on factors beyond physical pain and injury. Understanding the emotional, psychological, economic and mental components all play an essential part in an individual’s overall health outcomes and is a pivotal part of Ben’s practice.

Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Brittinni-Mae is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at Talk Health Therapy. Brittinni has been an OT for three years, commencing her OT journey rurally and then in North Brisbane. Brittinni loves Occupational Therapy and embracing everyone for who they are, and she feels a great honor to be part of a family’s journey.

She particularly enjoys working on emotional regulation, handwriting, fine and gross motor development and sensory regulation. She is also passionate about creating developmentally enriching environments in the early intervention space for children and families to thrive.

Alexander is a Myotherapist whose passion can be seen in his work and martial art. With his Diploma of Remedial Massage, Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and knowledge of exercise science, Alex inspires to connect with his clients and help them pursue their goals.

Alex specialises in musculoskeletal treatment through manual therapy and exercise prescription. His treatment approach combines both traditional Eastern and Western medicine alongside modern methods.

Theresa graduated from the University of Queensland, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012. She has worked in multiple areas of physiotherapy, mostly in the community and enjoys providing rehabilitation, focusing on musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, to elderly clients.

She is an Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) member, and continuously reviews available resources – eTalks, Journal of Physiotherapy and InMotion magazine. Overall, she enjoys using her skills and working within the team to provide the best outcome for her clients.

Holly is an experienced and passionate Occupational Health Nurse specialising in pre-employment medicals. With her commitment to employee well-being, she evaluates prospective employees’ health and fitness, ensuring they meet standards. Known for her compassion and excellent communication skills, Holly conducts assessments with care and professionalism.
