Where this Policy Refers to:

  • You or Your, this means you as the NDIS Participant
  • We, Our or Us, this means Talk Health Therapy as Your Service Provider
  • Party or Parties, this means both You and Us

To ensure the safety of our staff, we have provided a Home Details Assessment for you to fill out before your first appointment. Additionally, our administration team or treating practitioner may call you before your first appointment with additional questions regarding the answers you have provided on the Home Details Assessment

Please Cancel If You Are Unwell

We kindly request that you cancel your appointments if you or your immediate family within the household are feeling sick or unwell. While you may have no symptoms, infectious illnesses can spread directly from person to person, regardless of symptoms.

As many of our practitioners are seeing multiple clients a day and over the course of the week, infectious diseases have the potential to spread quickly through many of the most vulnerable in our communities.

As such, We also reserve the right to refuse services, and a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy will apply.

Right To Refuse Service

We strive to maintain the safety of our staff, the public and other community members. As such, if a practitioner feels that their safety may be impacted by their immediate environment, they have the right to refuse services, and a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy will apply.
