What We Offer:

  • Salary up to $100,000 + super
  • Company car (Mazda CX30 or equivalent), fuel, laptop & phone
  • $2,500 annual PD budget + 2 paid CPD days — because learning never stops
  • KPIs capped at just 26 hours weekly (incl. travel and report writing) supporting balance + sustainability
  • 4 clinical days + 1 admin day for protected focus time
  • In house supervision
  • Fortnightly discipline-specific catch-ups to grow your clinical confidence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide services across physical, cognitive, developmental & mental health needs
  • Nominate your preferred caseload and client groups
  • Conduct OT functional capacity assessments
  • Complete Assistive Technology/equipment and home modification assessments
  • Implement Daily Living Skills training
  • Develop evidence-based intervention plans + assessment reports
  • Provide individual therapy
  • Collaborate with families, carers, schools & service providers
  • Comply with OT Australia and organisational clinical standards

Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong digital literacy
  • Experience within the NDIS is a must & experience within CHSP is preferred but not required
  • Compassionate and empathetic
  • Open to feedback

You’ll have direct access to your clinical team leader, who will make sure you get the right internal supervision. If you ever need extra support, we can also arrange external supervision.

You’ll start with a structured induction designed to set you up for success. This includes shadowing opportunities, training sessions, and introductions to our team and systems. You’ll also meet your team leader, who will introduce you to the rest of the team and outline expectations for your clinical caseload. Our onboarding process is all about helping you feel confident, connected, and ready to begin supporting clients.

You’ll have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including gyms, pools, outdoor spaces, in-home, daycare centres, and anywhere else that best supports our clients’ needs. Every day brings something new!

You’ll have access to regular in-house professional development sessions throughout the year, plus your own CPD budget to invest in training that matters most to you. We want to help you keep learning and advancing in your career.
