Talk Health Therapy is committed to providing affordable and accessible Allied Health services through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
As a CHSP-funded service provider, We receive government funding to support the delivery of allied health services. To help ensure the ongoing sustainability of these services, You may be asked to make a client contribution towards the cost of receiving support. This contribution helps offset service delivery costs while allowing Us to continue providing quality care to all clients.
Your client contribution will never exceed the actual cost of providing the service. Contributions are determined in accordance with CHSP funding requirements and are communicated to You before services commence.
We are committed to transparency and will clearly advise You of any applicable client contribution amounts through Your Service Agreement, invoices, or other written communication before charges are applied.
If You are experiencing financial hardship, We encourage You to speak with Us. We have a Financial Hardship process in place and will work with You to ensure financial circumstances do not create a barrier to accessing essential services. A reduction, waiver, or alternative arrangement may be considered where appropriate.
We maintain records of client contributions in accordance with CHSP funding requirements and applicable privacy legislation. Any personal information provided to Us will be handled confidentially and in line with relevant privacy obligations.
We may review and update client contribution amounts from time to time where required by legislation, funding arrangements, or organisational requirements. Where changes occur, We will provide reasonable notice to You before the change takes effect.
If You have any questions about client contributions or believe You may be experiencing financial hardship, please contact Us so that We can discuss the options available to You.
