Once you submit a referral, our team works closely with family members and healthcare providers to create a comprehensive therapy care plan that’s tailored to everyone’s individual needs.

We accept referrals from caregivers, GPs, hospitals, and other health providers to help ensure a seamless transition of care. Once accepted, you don’t need to do anything – we’ll come right to your home and work with you to provide an easy, comfortable therapeutic experience that will help you speak and communicate more effectively.

Claudia is a dedicated speech pathologist with 4 years of clinical experience working with NDIS participants. Working in the community has allowed her to gain valuable experience with a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult participants. She strives to deliver high-quality services and foster supportive relationships with participants and stakeholders.

Claudia is particularly passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and has a keen interest in positive behaviour support within the scope of speech pathology. Claudia aims to create empowering environments that facilitate improved communication for individuals and families.
